Shopping with Your Own Prints

These terms apply to purchases from the Your Own Prints online store. Our store is hosted by Shopify, and our garments are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Your order support contact is support@yourownprints.com.

Products and ordering

We offer original ready-made designs on the garments, colors, and sizes listed on each product page. Select each option carefully and review the garment's size guide. Product photographs show the available design and garment; screen settings and normal production variation can affect how colors appear. This does not excuse a defective, misprinted, or incorrect item.

Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase or have a parent or guardian place the order for you.

Prices, availability, and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Checkout shows the applicable item prices, shipping charges, taxes, and discounts before you submit your order. Prices and availability may change for future orders. We will not increase the amount of an existing order or substitute a materially different item without your agreement.

Orders are subject to payment authorization and product availability. If we cannot fulfill an order or discover an error that prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and arrange a correction with your agreement or cancel and refund the affected amount. If you have only been authorized rather than charged, we will arrange release of the authorization as appropriate.

Production, shipping, and returns

Products are made to order. Our Shipping policy explains production, transit, and delayed-order handling. Our Refund policy explains covered quality issues and the limits on change-of-mind or customer-selected size returns. Contact us immediately to request an order change; changes cannot be guaranteed after production starts.

Using the website

Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraudulent transactions, or attempts to interfere with its operation or other customers' information. Buying a garment does not grant permission to reproduce its artwork for resale or to use Your Own Prints branding as your own.

Privacy and your rights

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes to these terms apply to future purchases; the terms in effect when you order apply to that purchase.
