Where we ship

We currently accept delivery orders to eligible United States addresses. Available destinations and shipping methods are shown at checkout. International ordering is not currently enabled.

Production and delivery

Our garments are printed to order. Production generally takes 2–5 business days before shipment. Shipping transit time is additional and varies by your address, the garment, and the available delivery method. Weekends and holidays can affect timing.

Review any product-specific timing and the delivery information shown at checkout. Express shipping, when available, speeds up the shipping service; it does not guarantee faster production. Delivery dates are estimates.

Shipping charges and tracking

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. They depend on the items, destination, and shipping method. An order containing different garments may ship in separate packages and may have more than one tracking number. We will provide tracking information when it becomes available.

Delays or missing deliveries

If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will contact you with revised timing and give you the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will notify you and refund the amount due for that item.

If your package is late, lost, or marked delivered but cannot be found, email support@yourownprints.com promptly with your order number. We will investigate with the fulfillment provider or carrier and explain the available resolution. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Check your address

Please check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Once production or shipping begins, changes may not be possible. If a customer-provided address error requires reshipment, we will explain any additional charge and obtain your agreement before proceeding.
